Chris is a skilled real estate broker with over 20 years experience assisting clients in Southwest Michigan.  He is an active real estate associate broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate in St. Joseph, Michigan helping to buy and sell homes, land, boat slips and commercial properties.  He has consistently ranked in the top 10% of all Realtors in Southwest Michigan in annual production. Chris holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Electronic Professional (E-Pro) professional designations. 

Chris formed CMA Real Estate Consulting, LLC to bring his expertise to clients in need of non-transactional consulting services in the areas of Protech Strategies, Real Estate Development, Marina Business Consulting and Trail Development & Land Conservation. He has great vision and attention to details bringing valuable insight.

Chris is active in the community and serves  as a Board member of the St. Joseph Junior Foundation (Non-Profit sailing program), Friends of Berrien County Trails and the Berrien County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority. Chris is also a past President of the Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors and presently serves on the MLS Committee. In his spare time, he enjoys running, cycling and competing in sailing regattas.
